At the heart of the museum, Pigments invites visitors to extend their visit with a culinary break surrounded by art, architecture and local produce.

Pigments Restaurant
Located on the first floor, Pigments restaurant offers panoramic views of the sculpture garden. Designed in collaboration with Michelin-starred chef Florent Ladeyn, it offers local, authentic and creative cuisine with strong ties to the region. Thanks to its fully glazed kitchen, visitors can watch the chef and his team at work in Roland Simounet's architectural setting, which is listed as a historic monument.

Pigments Café
On the ground floor, Pigments Café is located in the museum's reception hall and opens onto a terrace overlooking the garden. Inspired by Flemish estaminets, this neighbourhood café-bistro offers a simple and welcoming menu: coffee at the counter, convivial meals, bread and produce from local market gardeners.
